I love greek yogurt! It is my go to breakfast with some fresh fruit or granola and it also is great substitute for sour cream. Use it to replace oil in baking too!!

So true. Although, due to the westernization of Asia I bet the number has risen over the years, most teenagers and young adults today are too busy thus they opt for fastfood and oily and fatty foods. which increases the risk of heart diseases.

Dave is a phenomenal therapist and person. I worked with him at a local hospital where I was a supervisor in an adjunct department, and I will tell you he is one of the finest people I met while I worked at that facility. He is also a sensory integration specialist. He has worked with both of my children, and I will tell you he is a wealth of information and expertise!
